Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 2+ years retail leadership experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- open availability including mornings, days, and nights necessary to open and close the store
- minimum standard work week of 5 days for assistant store managers
- minimum standard of 30 hour work week for supervisors
- availability on weekends and holidays
- punctuality and regular attendance consistent with company policies
- reliable transportation
- must speak English clearly
- ability to read, write English and perform business-related mathematics
- ability to move to different locations within company network based on operational needs
- must be 18 years or older
- ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform physical tasks such as stooping, kneeling, climbing ladders and lifting 5-25 lbs
- good vision including color differentiation
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a retail store manager or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets
- strong leadership abilities with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications
