The position offered is for Assistant Store Managers and Supervisors who will play a critical role in the operational success and customer satisfaction of each store location. These management roles involve overseeing daily store operations, leading a high-performance team, driving sales and profitability, and enhancing the customer shopping experience. As an Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor, candidates will have the autonomy to implement store strategies, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. Candidates must be adept at using retail management software and possess excellent communication skills to effectively engage with customers and staff.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2+ years retail leadership experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • open availability including mornings, days, and nights necessary to open and close the store
  • minimum standard work week of 5 days for assistant store managers
  • minimum standard of 30 hour work week for supervisors
  • availability on weekends and holidays
  • punctuality and regular attendance consistent with company policies
  • reliable transportation
  • must speak English clearly
  • ability to read, write English and perform business-related mathematics
  • ability to move to different locations within company network based on operational needs
  • must be 18 years or older
  • ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform physical tasks such as stooping, kneeling, climbing ladders and lifting 5-25 lbs
  • good vision including color differentiation
