- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Experience with inventory management software
- Experience with scheduling software
- Experience with budget management

Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of JBC
- Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service
- Manage and train staff
- Maintain inventory
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Conduct weekly par check and order review
- Prepare monthly inventory and lead count
