The Assistant Manager will play a vital role in supporting the General Manager by overseeing the daily operations of the club to ensure smooth and efficient function. The Assistant Manager will be directly responsible for training and supervising staff, maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting weekly and monthly inventory reviews, and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are consistently met. - Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
