This Janitorial Project Manager role is a critical position within ABM’s commercial office building management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations and administrative activities of janitorial services in assigned commercial properties. This role involves developing and implementing cost control measures and maintaining high service standards to comply with contract requirements and meet customer expectations. The Janitorial Project Manager will oversee quality control and conduct regular site inspections to guarantee the delivery of superior janitorial services. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory control for supplies and equipment, processing purchase orders, supervising payroll accuracy, and ensuring all operational procedures align with company policies and federal, state, and local regulations.

The position demands strong leadership capabilities to manage supervisors and lead personnel effectively, directing work, evaluating performance, and handling employee relations, including training, rewarding, disciplining, and terminations when necessary. Class A building experience is strongly preferred, emphasizing expertise in managing high-profile commercial properties. The role offers an annual salary range of $65,000 to $70,000, reflecting the candidate's education, skills, experience, and market alignment.
