This opportunity is for a Janitorial Services position titled Porter, which plays a critical role in the daily maintenance and cleanliness of facilities serviced by KBS. The position is hourly and non-exempt with a starting pay of $17.00 per hour and offers various shifts to accommodate different schedules, including Sunday to Wednesday and Wednesday to Saturday time frames in morning through early evening hours. As the Porter, individuals will be tasked with providing excellent cleaning services, often engaging with customers to meet their daily work needs and requests. This role is designed for a dynamic individual who can thrive in fast-paced, high-volume, and heavy-traffic environments either as part of a team or independently. The Porter will be responsible for maintaining outstanding customer relations through daily interactions and must demonstrate proficient janitorial knowledge and customer service skills.
