Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds
- Ability to walk frequently throughout the facility during entire shift
- Able to stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours
- Ability to carry out detailed or written instructions
- Ability to read and interpret safety, operating, maintenance, and chemical handling documents
- Effective communication skills with internal and external customers
- Willingness and ability to use KBSPresence mobile timekeeping app on personal device
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in janitorial or cleaning services advantageous
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures
- Basic reading and interpretation of safety rules and manuals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving and leadership abilities
Job Duties
- Provide excellent cleaning services while interacting with customers
- Prioritize work based on customer daily needs
- Work effectively in high-volume, heavy-traffic sites or as an individual crew member
- Maintain strong customer relations and fulfill related requests
- Utilize broad knowledge of cleaning and janitorial processes
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Lead and provide solutions to various problems
- Perform other responsibilities as directed by manager
