Shifts are available Sunday through Wednesday from 7 AM to 6 PM or 7 PM to 6 AM, and Thursday through Sunday from 7 AM to 6 PM, providing flexibility to suit a variety of schedules. The Porter is a vital member of the Janitorial Services Team, responsible for delivering excellent cleaning services while maintaining a strong focus on customer interaction and satisfaction. This role requires working in high-volume, heavy-traffic environments or as a solo crew member, where the ability to manage tasks efficiently, prioritize work based on customer needs, and complete assignments with high-quality standards is essential.

In addition to delivering janitorial services, the Porter works closely with customers daily, responding promptly to requests and ensuring all duties are fulfilled to meet client expectations. This position requires a broad knowledge of cleaning procedures and janitorial processes, along with excellent customer service skills and the capability to identify and provide solutions to various workplace challenges.
