Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds
- ability to walk and stand for up to 10-12 hours
- ability to carry out detailed or written instructions
- ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals
- ability to communicate effectively with customers
- willingness to use KBSPresence mobile timekeeping software on personal device
- compliance with company policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior janitorial or cleaning experience is advantageous
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- knowledge of cleaning products and chemicals
- ability to follow detailed and written instructions
- leadership skills and problem-solving ability
- basic mobile technology proficiency
Job Duties
- Provide excellent cleaning services
- interact with customers and prioritize work based on customer daily work needs
- maintain excellent customer relations while executing customer requests
- perform daily janitorial duties
- have broad knowledge of cleaning and janitorial processes
- provide solutions to various problems
- perform other responsibilities as directed by manager
