Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds
- Must be able to stand and walk for up to 10 to 12 hours
- Ability to carry out detailed or written instructions
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Must download and use KBSPresence mobile timekeeping app
- Ability to walk frequently throughout the entire shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience is an advantage
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
- Basic knowledge of safety and chemical handling procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using mobile apps for timekeeping and communication
Job Duties
- Provide excellent cleaning services at high volume and heavy traffic sites
- Interact with customers daily and prioritize work based on customer needs
- Maintain excellent customer relations while executing janitorial duties
- Apply broad knowledge of cleaning and janitorial processes
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Lead and provide solutions to various problems
- Perform other responsibilities as directed by manager
