Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and move items up to 49 pounds
- Ability to walk and stand for 10-12 hours per shift
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to read and interpret safety and procedural documents in English
- Effective communication skills
- Willingness to use a mobile app for timekeeping
- Compliance with company attendance and participation policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior cleaning or janitorial experience is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment beneficial
Job Duties
- Provide cleaning services including janitorial duties in assigned areas
- Interact respectfully and professionally with customers
- Prioritize and complete customer requests efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of cleaning and janitorial processes
- Communicate effectively with customers and management
- Lead by example and offer solutions to problems
- Follow manager’s directions and company protocols
