Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours per shift
- Ability to carry out detailed or written instructions
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Willingness to download and use mobile timekeeping software
- Ability to work Monday-Friday shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior janitorial or cleaning experience helpful but not required
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication skills
- Knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and equipment
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines
Job Duties
- Provide excellent cleaning services
- Interact with customers and prioritize work based on daily needs
- Work efficiently in high volume and heavy traffic environments
- Fulfill daily janitorial duties and customer requests
- Maintain excellent customer relations
- Demonstrate a broad knowledge of janitorial processes
- Follow instructions and safety protocols
