The Janitorial Services Team at KBS currently has an immediate opening for the position of Porter. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are looking to jump-start their career while gaining leadership opportunities within an expanding company. The Porter role is hourly, non-exempt employment and offers a starting pay of $12 per hour with available shifts from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. In this role, employees provide high-quality cleaning services that often involve frequent customer interaction and the ability to prioritize tasks based on daily operational requirements. Positions are usually assigned to high-volume and heavy traffic sites or may function as an individual crew member on site.

The Porter must demonstrate excellent customer service skills and maintain positive and professional relations with customers daily. This role requires a broad knowledge of cleaning and janitorial processes, with responsibilities including executing cleaning tasks, addressing customer requests, and ensuring the facility remains clean and orderly throughout the shift. The ability to lead and provide effective solutions to various challenges encountered during the workday is highly valued. Additionally, the Porter will perform other duties as assigned by their manager, continuing to support the team's overall goals and company standards.
