Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds
- ability to stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours
- able to walk frequently around the facility during the entire shift
- ability to carry out written or detailed instructions
- ability to read and interpret safety and procedural documents usually in English
- effective communication skills
- must download and use KBSPresence app for timekeeping
- compliant with company policies and punctuality standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in janitorial or cleaning services is an asset
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- ability to follow detailed written or verbal instructions
- knowledge of safe handling of cleaning chemicals
- ability to use timekeeping and training software
Job Duties
- Provide excellent cleaning services
- interact with customers and prioritize work based on daily needs
- work in high volume and heavy traffic environments
- maintain excellent customer relations
- execute customer requests and meet janitorial duties
- demonstrate knowledge of cleaning and janitorial processes
- provide solutions to problems and lead when necessary
