Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds
- ability to stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours per shift
- ability to carry out detailed written or verbal instructions
- ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and chemical handling documents
- effective communication skills with internal and external customers
- willingness to use KBSPresence mobile app on a personal device for timekeeping
- legal eligibility to work in the US
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- proven customer service experience
- knowledge of cleaning and janitorial processes
- ability to operate cleaning equipment safely
- effective communication skills

- ability to work independently and in a team environment
Job Duties
- Provide excellent cleaning services
- interact regularly with customers while prioritizing daily work needs
- work effectively in high volume and high traffic environments
- maintain excellent customer relations
- execute customer requests promptly and efficiently
- possess broad knowledge of janitorial and cleaning processes
- demonstrate ability to lead and solve problems
- perform additional responsibilities as directed by manager
