Job Requirements
- ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds
- ability to stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours
- must be able to walk frequently throughout the shift
- ability to carry out detailed or written instructions
- ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions in English
- ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- must download and use the KBSPresence mobile app for timekeeping
- cell phone reimbursement provided
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous janitorial or cleaning experience is an asset
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- strong communication skills
- ability to follow detailed instructions
- basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and procedures
Job Duties
- provide excellent cleaning services
- interact with customers and prioritize daily work based on customer needs
- work in high volume and heavy traffic sites or as an individual crew member
- maintain excellent customer relations while executing customer requests
- perform daily janitorial duties
- demonstrate broad knowledge of janitorial processes
- lead and provide solutions to various problems
