This hourly, non-exempt role offers a competitive starting pay of $16.50 per hour and is based on a shift schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. As a Porter on the Janitorial Services Team, you will be integral in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in customer sites which often include high volume and heavy traffic areas. Your responsibilities will extend beyond basic cleaning to include direct interaction with customers, allowing you to build excellent customer relations while ensuring customer requests are met and daily janitorial duties are fulfilled efficiently.

The role demands a broad knowledge of janitorial processes along with excellent customer service skills and the ability to lead and provide effective solutions to various challenges. Daily tasks require physical endurance as well as attention to detail, and successful candidates will be reliable, motivated, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
