Job Requirements
- ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds
- ability to walk frequently around the facility throughout the entire shift
- must be able to stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours
- ability to carry out detailed or written instructions
- ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- willingness to use KBSPresence mobile timekeeping app and own a compatible personal mobile device
- adherence to applicable local laws regarding cell phone use and reimbursement
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in janitorial or cleaning services is a plus
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ability to follow safety rules and operational procedures
- familiarity with basic cleaning equipment and chemicals
- ability to read and interpret safety and maintenance documents
Job Duties
- provide excellent cleaning services often requiring interaction with customer and prioritization of work based on customer daily needs
- work in high volume and heavy traffic sites or as an onsite individual crew member
- maintain excellent customer relations while executing customer requests and janitorial duties
- have broad knowledge of cleaning and janitorial processes
- demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- lead and provide solutions to various problems
- perform other responsibilities as directed by manager
