The role available focuses on maintaining overall cleanliness and functionality of the travel center facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all areas, including showers and restrooms, are clean and well-maintained to enhance the guest experience. Duties include washing, loading, and unloading towels for showers, conducting general maintenance and minor repairs around the store, and managing waste removal to keep the travel center tidy and inviting. The position demands a motivated self-starter who works well in a team environment and possesses the physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on their feet for extended periods. Flexibility in scheduling is required, encompassing nights, days, weekends, and holidays according to operational needs. This position plays a crucial role in upholding the high standards of Pilot Company’s travel centers by delivering excellent customer service through well-maintained facilities.
