This full-time Janitorial Cleaner/Floater position with NSG, Inc. is designed for driven and dependable individuals who can take on flexible cleaning assignments at multiple locations throughout the Greater Cincinnati area. The role requires working primarily evening shifts from Monday to Friday, between 4:30 p.m. and 12:30 a.m., with one required weekend shift per month. The position offers competitive pay at $18.00 per hour, with weekly payment every Friday, highlighting NSG's commitment to valuing its workforce.

As a Janitorial Cleaner/Floater, the individual will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation at various commercial sites. This role goes beyond routine janitorial work by requiring attention to detail, communication with management, and the ability to monitor and report maintenance needs. Responsibilities include dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting surfaces including restrooms, waste and recycling removal, and diligent monitoring of supply levels. The cleaner will prepare reports, communicate any workplace concerns or incidents, and act as an important liaison among staff and management.

It is essential for candidates to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) check. Additionally, a valid driver's license and clean driving record are necessary to safely and efficiently travel between multiple job sites scattered throughout Greater Cincinnati.
