Employees who work 30 or more hours per week become eligible for medical benefits, and the company has recently expanded dental and vision coverage to all team members. Additional perks include daily pay availability, paid vacation for full-time employees, and a 401k retirement plan featuring an employer match for those working 20 hours or more per week. 4M’s culture promotes safety and compliance with OSHA standards, ensuring all team members wear company-provided apparel and protective equipment as needed.
