The Full-Time Day Matron/Porter - Floater position at 4M is a dynamic role designed for individuals who thrive in a multitasking environment and enjoy traveling between multiple accounts on a daily basis. This role operates Monday through Friday, with shifts from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, offering an hourly wage of $24.00. As a frontline team member, the Full-Time Day Matron/Porter receives thorough training in 4M’s innovative cleaning and disinfecting methods and is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, restocking supplies, and supporting facility operations across several client sites. The role demands a friendly, reliable, and courteous professional who can efficiently manage a variety of cleaning responsibilities such as wiping down surfaces, removing trash, replenishing towels, soaps, and toilet paper, as well as sweeping, wet mopping, and vacuuming.

Beyond basic janitorial tasks, the individual is expected to be the facility’s attentive extra set of eyes, promptly reporting any necessary repairs, replacements, leaks, or drips, thereby ensuring the continual upkeep and safety of each location.
