The Janitorial Cleaner position at ABM is an essential role focused on maintaining cleanliness, safety, and order throughout assigned facilities. Offered at an hourly rate of $18.00, this part-time shift runs Monday through Friday from 5:30 PM to 12:15 AM. The role suits both individuals entering the workforce for the first time and those returning to work with limited previous experience. As a Janitorial Cleaner, your primary responsibility will be to uphold the hygiene and aesthetic standards that contribute to a positive experience for employees, clients, and visitors alike. This involves conducting routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing floors and surfaces to a high standard. You will also be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, replenishing supplies, and ensuring that hygiene standards meet company and regulatory expectations. Waste management is another critical component of the role, requiring careful emptying of trash and recycling bins while adhering to company policies and environmental guidelines.

In addition to daily cleaning duties, you will be expected to clean glass surfaces such as windows and mirrors, maintain and store cleaning equipment safely and properly, and promptly report any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or shortages in supplies to supervisors.
