We are seeking a reliable and experienced Janitorial Cleaner to join our team. This is an hourly position with a wage starting at $18.50 per hour, with the final offer based on your prior experience, skills, abilities, and geographic location. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals entering or re-entering the workforce, especially those with limited experience or education.

As a Janitorial Cleaner at ABM, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across assigned facilities, helping ensure a safe and orderly environment. Your work directly contributes to creating a positive experience for employees, clients, and visitors by upholding high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Your responsibilities will include routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing floors and surfaces. You will also clean and sanitize restrooms, restock supplies, empty trash and recycling bins in compliance with company policies, and clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.

In addition to daily cleaning duties, you'll be responsible for maintaining and storing cleaning equipment and supplies properly, reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors, and assisting with setup and cleanup for meetings, events, and special projects as required. Safety and adherence to company protocols are paramount; you will be expected to follow all safety procedures related to cleaning and sanitation meticulously.
