The Janitorial Cleaner role at ABM is a full-time position with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour, offering a stable Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with flexibility required for weekend and holiday shifts. The primary responsibility of this role is maintaining cleanliness and sanitation throughout assigned facilities, contributing to a safe and pleasant environment for employees, clients, and visitors. This role is ideal for individuals entering or re-entering the workforce, requiring minimal prior experience but demanding a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

In this role, individuals will be responsible for performing routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing floors and surfaces. They will also clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, empty trash, clean windows and glass surfaces, maintain cleaning equipment, and report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisors. Additional duties may include assisting with event setup and cleanup as needed. Following company protocols and safety procedures is critical to ensure both personal and workplace safety.
