This janitorial cleaner role is an essential position within ABM, designed to maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment across assigned facilities. The position requires an individual who is dependable and experienced in performing a variety of cleaning duties to support workplace sanitation and appearance. The position is a part-time role requiring 10 hours per week, with scheduled shifts from 5 pm to 7 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, including weekends. As a Janitorial Cleaner at ABM, your responsibilities include routine cleaning tasks like sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing floors and surfaces. You will be responsible for sanitizing restrooms, replenishing supplies, and maintaining hygiene standards to ensure safe and clean facilities. Trash and recycling bins will need to be emptied in accordance with company policies, and windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces thoroughly cleaned. Proper maintenance and storage of cleaning equipment and supplies are critical to sustaining operational efficiency.

Reporting any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to supervisors will also be part of your duties. Additionally, you may be required to assist with setup and cleanup for meetings, events, or special projects as necessary.
