The Janitorial Cleaner role at ABM is a vital position responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall orderliness of assigned facilities. In this role, you will perform a variety of routine cleaning duties that include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing floors and surfaces to ensure all areas meet sanitation standards. You will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, replenishing supplies, and maintaining hygiene protocols that support health and safety. The role also involves emptying trash and recycling bins in accordance with company policies, cleaning windows and glass surfaces, and properly maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies. Additionally, you will assist with event setup and cleanup as needed and promptly report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to supervisors.
