The Janitorial Cleaner role at ABM is an essential position responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and overall sanitation of assigned facilities. This role directly contributes to the well-being and positive experiences of employees, clients, and visitors by maintaining spotless, orderly spaces. As a Janitorial Cleaner, you will perform routine cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing floors and surfaces. The position also requires cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, replenishing supplies, emptying trash and recycling bins, cleaning windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces, and properly maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies. You will be expected to report any safety hazards, maintenance issues, or supply shortages to supervisors promptly. Additionally, the role involves assisting with the setup and cleanup for meetings, events, or other special projects. This opportunity is ideally suited for individuals entering or re-entering the workforce, as it offers structured hours Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with a competitive hourly wage of $18.50.
