ABM is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Janitorial Cleaner to join their team. This is a vital position responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order across assigned facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for employees, clients, and visitors. The Janitorial Cleaner contributes directly to the positive overall impression and the operational hygiene of the workplace. This position offers a pay rate of $15.00 per hour and operates on a Sunday to Thursday schedule from 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM, making it suitable for individuals entering or re-entering the workforce with limited experience or education. This role requires dedication to routine cleaning tasks and the ability to work independently within a team-oriented environment. The Janitorial Cleaner will perform various routine cleaning duties which include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing floors and surfaces, cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, replenishing supplies, and managing waste disposal. This role also involves cleaning windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces, maintaining and properly storing cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors, and assisting with setup and cleanup for meetings or special projects. Attention to detail, adherence to safety procedures, and a commitment to maintaining company hygiene standards are fundamental in this role.
