We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Janitorial Cleaner to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our assigned facilities, which significantly contributes to a positive environment for employees, clients, and visitors alike. This role is ideal for individuals who are either entering the workforce for the first time or returning to work after a break, with limited experience and education also welcomed. The position offers an hourly pay rate of $18.00, with shifts scheduled from Monday through Sunday, 7 AM to 4 PM. As a Janitorial Cleaner at ABM, you will be responsible for performing routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing floors and surfaces to uphold hygiene and appearance standards. You will ensure restrooms are sanitized and properly stocked with supplies, empty trash and recycling bins in line with company policies, and clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to maintain a pristine environment. Proper maintenance and storage of cleaning equipment and supplies are vital to this role, along with reporting any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to your supervisor promptly.

In addition to regular cleaning duties, you will assist with setting up and cleaning up after meetings, events, or special projects as needed, always following all safety procedures and company protocols related to cleaning and sanitation. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, the ability to work independently, and effective time management skills. Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards is beneficial.
