The role of Part-Time Janitorial Cleaner at ABM’s facility located at 8730 Military Road Suite 100, Reno, NV 89506, is vital to the overall success of the workplace. Working Monday to Friday from 9 am to 1 pm, this position offers an hourly wage of $18.00 and requires a dependable individual committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment across the assigned facilities. This role entails various routine cleaning tasks and responsibilities that contribute directly to the appearance and sanitation of the facility, creating a positive experience for employees, clients, and visitors alike. Scheduled hours may shift based on the business’s operational needs, providing some flexibility within the part-time schedule.

The successful candidate will perform daily cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing floors and other surfaces, and cleaning and sanitizing restrooms while replenishing supplies to ensure hygiene standards are met. Trash and recycling bins will be emptied in accordance with company policies, and windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces will be cleaned regularly. Proper maintenance and storage of cleaning equipment and supplies are critical to this position, as is the identification and reporting of maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the supervisor. Additionally, the cleaner will assist with setup and cleanup for meetings, events, or special projects as needed, always adhering to safety procedures and company protocols related to cleaning and sanitation.
