This role centers on the Janitorial Cleaner position based in Strongsville, OH, offering an hourly wage of $17.00 paid weekly, with a work schedule from Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm. This position is ideal for individuals entering or returning to the workforce, requiring limited prior experience or formal education. The Janitorial Cleaner plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep of assigned facilities. Responsibilities include routine cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing floors and surfaces. The cleaner ensures restrooms are sanitized, supplies replenished, and hygiene standards met. Proper disposal of trash and recycling, cleaning of windows and glass surfaces, maintenance and storage of cleaning equipment, and reporting any safety hazards or maintenance issues are also key parts of the job. Additionally, the cleaner assists with setup and cleanup for events or meetings as needed, strictly adhering to safety protocols and company procedures.
