The current opportunity is for a Janitorial/Sanitizing/Disinfecting Service Provider to join Goodwill in a role focused on maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in accordance with the contract scope of work and specific site specifications. This position is essential in ensuring a healthy environment for both employees and customers. The role involves routine cleaning tasks such as restroom maintenance, vacuuming, trash removal, dusting, and the sanitizing and disinfecting of high-touch surfaces and general areas. The successful candidate will be integral in upholding the company’s safety procedures and professional standards.

The position requires adherence to Goodwill and subcontract site policies, including safety practices and the maintenance of a clean and neat personal appearance while wearing a company-issued uniform. The role also demands professional etiquette and the ability to interact courteously with employees, customers, and team members. In addition to individual responsibilities, this job may include assigning tasks to team members and performing all janitorial duties during staff shortages to ensure continual service efficiency. Regular attendance and reliability are critical components of job performance.

This role offers a flexible work schedule that may include nights, weekends, and occasionally long hours, ensuring that facilities are always maintained. Candidates with a vehicle are preferred, reflecting the need for reliable transportation to various work sites.
