This part-time role operates on a Thursday through Sunday schedule, predominantly during evening hours from 4 PM to 12 AM, with pay ranging between $23.00 and $24.00 per hour. The Assistant Supervisor will support the daily operational management of janitorial teams across multiple sites. Responsibilities include overseeing quality control inspections to ensure high cleaning standards, training new and existing employees on proper procedures and safety protocols, and managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment both at client sites and company headquarters.

This position requires the ability to step into cleaning duties when necessary, demonstrating leadership by example. The Assistant Supervisor is also responsible for coordinating operational activities such as delivering cleaning supplies, communicating client feedback, and assisting with maintenance and service concerns.
