Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays

- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Prior custodial, housekeeping, or landscaping experience preferred
- Experience operating basic maintenance or landscaping equipment preferred
- Customer service experience in a hospitality or theme park setting preferred
Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, guest areas, lodging accommodations, and common spaces
- Empty trash and recycling receptacles throughout the park and resort
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas
- Restock supplies such as paper products, soap, toiletries, etc.
- Respond promptly to spills and guest service calls
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Maintain landscaping, lawns, flower beds, and walkways
- Pick up litter and debris throughout park grounds
- Operate basic landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers
- Assist with seasonal planting and general outdoor upkeep
- Support park beautification and special event preparation
