We are currently seeking an experienced Janitor/Custodian who can work effectively with minimal supervision and who takes pride in executing their responsibilities flawlessly. This role is crucial to upholding the high standards that set us apart. The successful candidate will play an essential role in maintaining a pristine environment by performing a wide range of janitorial and minor maintenance duties. The scope of the role includes cleaning the entire dealership, including showroom floors, restrooms, kitchen areas, and exterior grounds. This position calls for someone with a diligent work ethic who can consistently produce quality results while demonstrating a positive attitude towards their tasks.

The role involves operating cleaning machinery to ensure the showroom floors are spotless, dusting various areas to maintain a polished appearance, and emptying trash receptacles throughout the facility. Outside responsibilities include snow removal, minor landscaping, window washing, painting, and trash disposal. Additionally, the Janitor/Custodian will be responsible for routine maintenance tasks, such as minor electrical work, painting touch-ups, and other maintenance activities that help keep the dealership in top condition.
