The Busser and Janitor role at Chuy's is essential to maintaining the clean and inviting environment our guests expect. Working collaboratively with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams, this position supports overall restaurant operations by ensuring dining areas and the entire establishment remain spotless and orderly. This role requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to work swiftly and efficiently, and pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Not only does this position contribute to the operational success of the restaurant, but it also plays a direct part in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for every guest. With variable pay depending on location plus tips, this role offers both the potential for competitive earnings and valuable experience in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Job Requirements

- ability to stand for extended periods
- must be able to perform physical tasks related to cleaning and maintenance
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- ability to follow instructions and health safety guidelines

Job Duties
- keep dining areas spotless and clean
- maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant
- support front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- ensure timely clearing of tables and resetting
- assist with janitorial duties including trash removal and restroom cleaning
- comply with health and safety standards
- contribute to a welcoming and organized restaurant environment
