- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
- flexible availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- clear tables and reset dining areas quickly and efficiently
- maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant including sweeping, mopping, and wiping surfaces
- support front-of-house teams by assisting servers and bussers
- support back-of-house teams with janitorial tasks
- restock supplies as needed
- promptly clean spills and maintain a safe environment
- collaborate with team members to uphold Chuy's high standards of cleanliness
