- experience with cleaning tools and chemicals
- ability to perform physical tasks
- availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols

Job Duties
- clean dining areas and tables promptly and thoroughly
- maintain cleanliness in restrooms and public areas
- support servers by bussing tables efficiently
- dispose of trash and recycling regularly
- assist with setup and breakdown of restaurant spaces
- collaborate with kitchen staff to keep work areas tidy
- respond quickly to spills and other immediate cleaning needs
