Job Requirements
- must be able to lift 50lbs
- must have a high school diploma or GED
- 0-2 years experience preferred
- work well with our cooperative and motivated cleaning staff
- follow detailed cleaning instructions and learn troubleshooting skills
- capable of performing heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, and washing walls
- clear written and verbal communication skills with coworkers and supervisors
- capable of working with a team or independently to achieve departmental goals, including multitasking skills
- must be available for occasional weekend work
- full-time night shift available
- part-time night shifts available
- must be dependable, hardworking, conscientious, and cooperative
- able to obtain a Public Trust
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- cleaning of entrances, lobbies, corridors, offices, conference rooms, work areas, floor surfaces, restrooms, locker rooms, shower stalls, water fountains, utility sinks
- maintain the appearance of exterior grounds, parking lots, loading docks, and sidewalks
- emptying wastebaskets and trash receptacles
- dusting of high and low surfaces, including overhead lights and pictures, and using cleaning products to clean or polish soiled surfaces
- vacuuming carpets and light spot removal duties
- washing windows and glass cleaning
- may have to perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, and washing walls
