Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven cleaning experience
Ability to use lawn care equipment safely
Ability to use snow removal equipment safely
Basic maintenance knowledge
Availability to work nights and weekends
Strong work ethic and dependability

Job Duties

Clean and maintain interior and exterior areas of the property including hallways, laundry rooms, and common spaces
Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks as needed
Use lawn care equipment efficiently and safely
Operate snow removal equipment during winter months
Ensure timely and effective garbage disposal and recycling
Respond promptly to resident requests and concerns in a courteous manner
Conduct safety checks and report any hazards or repair needs
