CCS Facility Services is currently seeking motivated and diligent Janitors to join their team in the 85701 ZIP code area. This role involves maintaining cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards in commercial buildings. The position requires working shifts from Monday to Saturday, encompassing early mornings from 5:00 AM to 10:30 AM for approximately 5.5 hours daily. These roles are vital to preserving safe, healthy, and welcoming environments for clients and employees alike. The janitorial duties extend to various cleaning tasks such as floors, carpets, windows, walls, restrooms, and other surfaces within commercial properties.

Candidates will be responsible for sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting furniture and fixtures, disinfecting commonly touched items, and managing waste disposal. There is also a focus on maintaining cleaning supply inventories and ensuring safety protocols and cleaning schedules are adhered to daily. Employees must also be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and conducting basic maintenance notifications as required. The work environment may involve exposure to moving mechanical parts, chemicals, outdoor weather conditions, and other occupational hazards, and therefore a strong emphasis on safety is placed.
