The Day Porter role at CCS Facility Services is a vital position responsible for upholding the cleanliness and organization of common areas within office buildings, apartment complexes, and various commercial or institutional properties. The responsibilities of this role include spot cleaning lobby glass doors, polishing chrome fixtures on doors, vacuuming elevator cabs and maintaining their doors and walls, inspecting building exteriors for cleanliness, and emptying and cleaning trash receptacles. Additional duties include maintaining restrooms, sweeping stairwells and landings, removing debris from landscaped areas, cleaning ashtrays and sand urns, and routinely polishing and dusting areas to ensure a welcoming and pristine environment for building occupants and visitors.
