Their dedication to service excellence has positioned them as a trusted industry leader, continuously investing in employee development and promoting from within to ensure long-term career opportunities for their staff.

The janitor role at CCS Facility Services is an essential position responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of common areas in office buildings, apartment complexes, and other commercial or institutional settings. Scheduled to work on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday from 5 am to 1:30 pm, this role requires a commitment to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining a welcoming environment.

Janitors at CCS perform a comprehensive range of cleaning duties, including spot cleaning lobby glass doors, polishing chrome fixtures, vacuuming elevator cabs and lobby areas, inspecting building exteriors for trash, emptying and cleaning trash receptacles, cleaning ashtrays and sand urns on every floor, sweeping stairwells, removing debris from landscaped areas, and reporting any maintenance issues such as burnt-out lights or solicitors to management. Their work ensures that all areas remain safe, attractive, and inviting for tenants, visitors, and employees.

In addition to routine cleaning tasks, janitors support the building engineer by assisting with various duties as directed, helping to maintain the overall functionality and safety of the facility. This dynamic role demands dependability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility. Employees are expected to follow safety and security protocols strictly to prevent accidents and maintain a secure environment.

The work environment may occasionally expose staff to moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, outdoor weather conditions, and other typical hazards inherent in facility maintenance. CCS is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities to ensure an inclusive workplace.

By joining CCS Facility Services, employees become part of a community that values teamwork and dedication. The company’s core values and unified mission create a supportive atmosphere where employees are encouraged to grow professionally while delivering outstanding service.
