Job Requirements
- must have six months experience in general janitorial work
- experience and knowledge in using cleaning solutions
- must be able to use various hand tools and cleaning equipment
- must be able to stand for long periods of time
- must be able to bend, squat, sit and lift up to 50 pounds
- must be able to tolerate a smoke-filled environment
- must be able to work all scheduled shifts to include day, swing, graveyard and holidays
- must obtain a Class III B license as required by the Puyallup Tribal Gaming Regulatory Office and the Washington State Gaming Commission
- pre-employment drug testing required
- marijuana use does not disqualify unless job requires driving a company vehicle
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- six months experience in general janitorial work
- knowledge in using cleaning solutions
- ability to use various hand tools and cleaning equipment
- ability to stand for long periods of time
- ability to bend, squat, sit and lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to tolerate a smoke-filled environment
- capable of working all scheduled shifts including day, swing, graveyard and holidays
Job Duties
- clean carpets
- buff floors
- clean ceiling tiles, vents and accessories
- assist kitchen staff with disassembling, sanitizing and reassembling kitchen, deli and bar appliances and hoods
- perform additional job duties as assigned by department management
