The uniform includes wearing a clean Twin Peaks black hat worn facing forward without bending the brim, and hair must always be kept clean and completely under the hat. Personal grooming standards further include being clean-shaven or having neatly maintained beards and mustaches, trimmed fingernails, and a prohibition on wearing jewelry or headphones during work hours. These standards are designed to promote hygiene and professionalism while preserving the brand's image.

Furthermore, the Janitor/Busser is accountable for performing daily cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables, and maintaining clean and orderly workstations and equipment. The role involves following House of Hygiene (HOH) standards, Safety and Sanitation protocols, and Global Harmonized System (GHS) requirements to ensure all cleaning processes are done safely and effectively. The work environment requires handling cleaning agents, exposure to kitchen fumes, and occasional interaction with guests who smoke in designated sections.
