Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Proven experience as a janitor busser
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to understand and follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to apply common sense and carry out instructions
- Willingness to complete mandatory training programs
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift up to 15 pounds
- Availability to work in fast-paced restaurant environment
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a janitor busser
- Ability to communicate in English
- Understanding of policies and procedures used to clean and sanitize a restaurant
- Ability to apply common sense and follow simple instructions
- Ability to work in a team
- Commitment to maintaining uniform and grooming standards
- Willingness to attend and complete all required training
Job Duties
- Adhering to uniform standards
- Adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
- Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
- Ensure HOH Standards, Safety and Sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
- Ability to work as a team
- Train using tablets or computer
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Any other duty/responsibility that management may deem necessary
- Assisting with opening and closing duties of the restaurant including sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables, etc.
