Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Proven experience as a janitor busser
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Ability to understand and follow safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Ability to apply common sense and carry out instructions
  • Willingness to complete mandatory training programs
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift up to 15 pounds
  • Availability to work in fast-paced restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a janitor busser
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Understanding of policies and procedures used to clean and sanitize a restaurant
  • Ability to apply common sense and follow simple instructions
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Commitment to maintaining uniform and grooming standards
  • Willingness to attend and complete all required training

Job Duties

  • Adhering to uniform standards
  • Adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant
  • Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment
  • Ensure HOH Standards, Safety and Sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Train using tablets or computer
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Any other duty/responsibility that management may deem necessary
  • Assisting with opening and closing duties of the restaurant including sweeping, mopping, cleaning tables, etc.
