We are currently seeking a full-time Janitor based in our San Dimas office and warehouse facility. This role is crucial in maintaining the overall cleanliness, safety, and appearance of the buildings, including offices, lunchrooms, restrooms, and exterior areas. The Janitor plays an essential role in upholding the high standards of hygiene that reflect In-N-Out Burger’s brand values. The position involves a variety of cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning. Responsibilities also include trash collection, maintaining supply rooms and cleaning equipment, assisting with event setups, performing routine inspections, and conducting minor repairs when necessary.

The work schedule primarily covers Sunday through Thursday from 4:30 pm to 1:00 am, with occasional weekend and holiday shifts mandated by business needs. Candidates must be willing to work overtime and cover other shifts as required. This full-time hourly position offers an excellent hourly pay range of $20.75 to $24.50, commensurate with experience and job-related factors. Ideal candidates for this role should possess a valid California driver’s license and must have at least one year of experience working in In-N-Out Burger stores, preferably with cleanup store experience. External candidates must have a minimum of two years of proven experience as a janitor, custodian, or sanitation worker, with experience in a warehouse or distribution center considered a plus. The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate heavy equipment safely. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with integrity is essential. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
