Job Requirements

Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
Obtain and maintain a valid food handler certificate in the state of Texas
Complete successful background check including criminal, employment, education, and/or credit reporting as permitted by law
Punctuality and reliability in attendance and task completion
Be willing to adhere to food safety policies
Able to perform various physical cleaning and maintenance tasks
Work flexible schedules as needed

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is an asset
Ability to obtain and maintain a valid food handler certificate for the state of Texas
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Problem-solving mindset
Humble and hospitable demeanor
Ability to work well within a team environment

Job Duties

Ensure a memorable visit by maintaining upkeep of customer- and employee-accessible areas using cleaning equipment and chemicals while keeping uniform clean and presentable
Provide the supply by unloading deliveries and replenishing stock safely using protective equipment like back braces and gloves
Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment and building systems including the roof and parking lot
Lead the experience by ensuring maintenance meets and exceeds food safety and storage standards following food safety policies
Understand that teamwork is key by working hand in hand with the team to meet goals and foster a safe, respectful, inclusive workplace
Be present by arriving on time and clocking in for all shifts to ensure completion of assigned tasks
