Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • ability to stand and walk for 90 to 95 percent of shift
  • ability to lift and carry 15-25 lbs
  • ability to listen to guest orders and operate cash register
  • ability to read video monitors
  • ability to understand and communicate clearly in English
  • willingness to work flexibly in a dynamic restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

  • Guest service or food cook preparation experience helpful
  • ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
  • must be at least 16 years old
  • ability to communicate clearly in English
  • ability to perform basic math operations
  • capacity to multitask and work effectively in a team
  • understanding of food safety and cleanliness standards

Job Duties

  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing excellent service
  • prepare and assemble food items following Jack in the Box standards
  • maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior restaurant areas
  • operate point-of-sale system to take and process orders
  • handle guest complaints using the 3-step approach
  • ensure food safety by following all policies and procedures
  • support team members and assist in daily restaurant operations
