Job Requirements
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent required
- minimum 1 year experience as associate manager or 2 years as first assistant manager for internal promotion
- minimum 3 years experience managing a service concept with full profit and loss responsibility for external candidates
- must be at least 18 years old
- completion of Restaurant Manager training
- ServSafe certification
- ability to speak, read, and write English effectively
- excellent interpersonal skills
- basic math skills
- analytical skills
- organizational skills
- self-starter with initiative
- valid driver's license and insurance
- use of personal vehicle for bank deposits and travel
- ability to stand and walk 85-95% of the shift
- ability to lift 10-65 lbs
- ability to operate restaurant equipment and computer keyboard
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent required
- associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- minimum of 1+ years experience as an associate manager or 2 years as first assistant manager for internal candidates
- minimum of 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&L responsibility for external recruits
- must be at least 18 years old
- completion of Restaurant Manager training classes required
- ServSafe certification required
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to perform basic math
- strong analytical and organizational skills
- proficiency with personal computers and software applications
- valid driver's license and insurance
- demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior
Job Duties
- Recruits, selects, trains, develops, and evaluates restaurant employees
- monitors staffing levels and ensures training systems are implemented
- identifies and develops internal candidates for management and team leader roles
- ensures execution of the Service Profit Chain and creates an employee-friendly environment
- motivates and inspires employees
- treats employees with respect and recognizes their efforts
- manages daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent guest service and food quality
- reviews and improves guest service practices
- maintains restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and brand image
- responds promptly and professionally to guest concerns
- analyzes restaurant operational and financial performance data
- implements action plans to improve sales and profitability
- monitors costs and adherence to budget
- uses management information tools effectively
- complies with all policies and regulatory requirements
- maintains visibility with guests and team
- models excellent guest service
- performs other related duties as assigned
