Job Description

Set on 22 acres in the picturesque town of Calistoga, Solage, Auberge Collection, is a vibrant and design-forward resort that effortlessly blends small-town charm with sophisticated luxury. Nestled in the heart of Northern California's renowned wine country, Solage offers guests a fresh and distinctive take on luxury hospitality. The resort boasts 100 beautifully renovated, free-standing studios and suites that emphasize spacious, comfortable living with private patios. Each unit is thoughtfully designed to promote relaxation and ease, complemented by complimentary cruiser bikes that allow guests to explore the scenic surroundings and the nearby downtown area with ease.

At the core of Solage is Spa Solage, a 20,000-square-foot wellness sanctuary famous for its geothermal pools, signature mud therapies, and a diverse schedule of daily fitness classes. This wellness-focused retreat invites guests to indulge in restorative treatments and embrace holistic health, making it a premier destination for those seeking rejuvenation in a tranquil yet invigorating setting. Dining at Solage amplifies the local experience, featuring vibrant seasonal cuisine at Solbar and Latin-inspired, poolside fare and craft cocktails at the lively Picobar. Each dining venue celebrates the flavors and spirit of the region, providing a culinary journey that complements the overall guest experience.

This dynamic resort is currently seeking a dedicated Itinerary Designer to join their team. In this role, the individual will embark on a creative adventure to craft unforgettable travel experiences for guests visiting Solage. The Itinerary Designer is a key architect of personalized guest journeys, combining meticulous planning with a deep passion for travel. They will be responsible for collaborating closely with guests to understand their preferences, interests, and budgets, ensuring each itinerary is customized to exceed expectations. Staying well-informed about local cultural, historical, and recreational offerings is crucial to designing captivating and seamless itineraries that showcase the best the region has to offer.

The role involves coordinating all aspects of travel logistics, including transportation, accommodations, and activities, to provide a comprehensive and smooth travel experience. The Itinerary Designer is expected to manage travel budgets expertly, offering tailored options that align with guests' desires and financial plans. Clear and effective communication is paramount, as the professional will create detailed and visually appealing itineraries complete with essential information such as reservations, contact details, and travel documents. The position offers a starting pay rate of $25.00 per hour, with salary decisions influenced by experience and education. This opportunity is perfect for individuals passionate about travel and hospitality, eager to deliver exceptional guest service through personalized travel planning.
