The IT Support Engineer will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all infrastructure networking and computing systems remain available during production hours, which is crucial for Amazon's commitment to rapid and reliable delivery.

Day-to-day responsibilities include interacting with management and staff to offer analytical and technical assistance aimed at continuously improving IT solutions and operational processes. The position requires managing local technical projects, creating or maintaining IT policies, procedures, and processes, as well as identifying root causes of operational issues to enhance efficiency. Physical demands include lifting up to 49 pounds and standing or walking during shifts that may last up to 12 hours. The role also involves supporting customers from multiple buildings and remote locations and may include travel within the local or regional area.

This position is full-time and offers a competitive hourly pay range of $25.00 to $41.00, depending on experience and location. Amazon also provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription), life insurance options, employee assistance programs, mental health support, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
