Rooted deeply in family values, a bold vision, and relentless determination, Mark Anthony Group is committed to innovating and raising the industry bar, continuously enhancing consumer experiences worldwide. The organization fosters a culture of daring disruption and ambitious curiosity, aspiring to unearth extraordinary opportunities within the highly competitive beverage sector.

This position is 100% onsite in Glendale, AZ, offering a competitive annual salary along with performance-based bonuses. The role is integral to ensuring the technological backbone of the company remains resilient and agile. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the company's resilient server, network, and containerized infrastructure that powers both IT and operational technology (OT) environments. By leveraging industry best practices in Kubernetes orchestration, virtualization of resources, and software-defined networking, this role demands ensuring peak performance and operational continuity across the organization’s manufacturing and IT landscapes.

In this role, you will play a critical part in evolving the network and computing architecture to support growing OT expansions and increasing throughput demands that align with manufacturing requirements. The position entails establishing unified governance practices such as naming conventions and tagging schemas to maintain coherent and manageable infrastructure. You'll collaborate in setting global infrastructure standards, integrating security policies for containers and hardware specifications, and crafting backup and disaster recovery strategies that protect vital data and workloads.

Beyond the technical infrastructure management, the role includes providing hands-on, on-site technical support bridging the gap between the shop floor and centralized IT teams. Monitoring and optimizing infrastructure efficiency, identifying bottlenecks in microservices architecture, and ensuring high service reliability by meeting operational level agreements and service level agreements are also key responsibilities. This role offers a unique opportunity to proactively automate workflows, optimize resource usage, and scale systems seamlessly with evolving manufacturing needs.

The successful candidate will bring over 5 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure or systems engineering, with strong skills in virtualization, containerization, networking, security, and automation scripting. Expertise in Kubernetes orchestration, VMware hypervisors, Docker, network routing, firewalls, cloud-native networking, and load balancing is paramount. Advanced scripting capabilities using Python, Bash, or PowerShell are essential to develop automation solutions that improve service reliability and operational efficiency. Familiarity with manufacturing operations and IT/OT integration will enable you to deliver solutions tailored precisely to the unique challenges faced in industrial environments. Soft skills such as exceptional communication, troubleshooting proficiency, and a proactive mindset are critical for success.

Working at Mark Anthony Group means you will be exposed to cutting-edge technology within the beverage manufacturing space while advancing your career in modern infrastructure architecture, cloud-native orchestration, IT/OT convergence, and DevOps methodologies. The company supports continuous professional development through extensive training opportunities and career growth initiatives. Alongside competitive compensation, employees enjoy comprehensive health and welfare benefits, company matching 401(k) contributions, and generous paid time off including annual leave, sick time, and holidays. Join Mark Anthony Group and be part of a team that disrupts the status quo, embraces innovation, and drives the industry forward with humility and daring intentionality.
