The company is committed to offering its consultants support and access to comprehensive benefits while ensuring alignment with clients' technical staffing needs.

This particular opportunity is for an IT Field Support Technician position within a large public school district located in Atlanta, GA. The role is a 12-month ongoing contract requiring the candidate to work 100% onsite and is intended for local candidates only. The position offers a competitive pay rate of $18.00 per hour for W2 employees and $20.00 per hour for incorporated individuals, with the employer not accepting 1099 independent contractors or third-party (C2C) contractors.

The technician is responsible for asset tracking using tools like Incident IQ and supporting IT initiatives such as device deployment and AV events at school sites. Strict adherence to service level agreements and documented procedures is essential, along with mandatory participation in monthly professional development sessions.

Candidates must possess an A+ certification with at least three years of hands-on field support experience, specifically with deskside and break/fix support. Expertise supporting mobile devices such as Chromebooks, iPads, macOS, and iOS devices is mandatory along with knowledge of network infrastructure and wireless technologies.
