The Inventory Control Clerk I role at McLane is an essential position responsible for tracking inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability in the warehouse for timely distribution. This role directly contributes to McLane’s operational success by maintaining accurate inventory records and collaborating closely with internal teams to meet customer needs. The Inventory Control Clerk I must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. This full-time position offers a competitive pay range of $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience, and operates on a defined schedule from 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, with Tuesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays off. Besides a solid wage, the position includes generous benefits starting on the 60th day of employment, such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending account (FSA)/health savings account (HSA) options, and company-paid life insurance.
